SERVE.

It’s a little word, but it expresses a powerful concept.
One that, if acted on, has the ability to transform a situation, a soul, a nation, a world.
...To work & care for: To attend to; To do for; To minister to;
To be an advantage to…
The concepts of focusing attention on the needs of the disadvantaged and working to ease their burdens
are encoded in the DNA of Watershed. We too will regularly string together words to instigate actions
and provoke participation in the easy and not-so-easy acts of SERVICE
that can help transform the situations and lives of those in great need.

We’ll consistently keep SERVING THE NEEDY on the front burner of the Watershed community.
Hopefully we’ll do it in ways that keep hearts stirred to work as a community to do more
than simply know the definition of the word – but to regularly take steps to live out the definition of the word.
