Greenhouse Volunteer Opportunities Invest In Our Kids! Greenhouse is a vital part of Watershed as we strive to serve the Charlotte community. Each person who serves in Greenhouse—from staff to volunteers—is an integral part of the overall Watershed team. We value true teamwork; each individual contributes to the team by giving of their gifts, passions, and talents. Without the volunteers, we would be reduced to just another childcare system at best. Because we have passionate volunteers willing to serve and use their gifts of teaching, caring, singing, and acting, we are able to offer your children our best every Sunday. We are always looking for more volunteers to help influence children both at Greenhouse and in our community. If you are interested in any area pertaining to Greenhouse, email Laura Barker
